30 Seconds: Magic, Alchemy, Attack Speed +11%

Lullaby
20 Seconds: up to 15 target will have 75% chance of falling asleep. When sleep status enemy is attacked they recieve 400 additional damage (It really is sleep bombing...)

Overture of the Battle Field
30 Seconds: 20% Max Damage Increase, 20% Min Damage increase, 11% Critical hit increase

I'm surprised they didn't just make the buffs improved Magic Music or something. Are you still able to play your own music for the skills? I imagine it'd probably be kind of impractical to play a whole song but still...

The way it works is that each skill that involves playing a song works the exact same as Play Instrument. So yes, your own music will play, thought I think the skill affects the way the song is played.

20% max damage, 20% min damage and 11% critical. That is very nice. Wouldn't mind having someone with that skill in a dungeon.

Oh yeah you can play the lamest song and be rocking hardcore

This is amazing, bards really do deserve this gameplay buff! I always felt like bards weren't appreciated enough.
